How to Post News Articles

* Select only the parts that are necessary - usually three paragraphs, or 65 words - and post those. Do not bother with ellipses for removed text -- post only what is necessary for a reader to understand the content of the article.

* Make sure what you are posting is relevant to the LNSG's political goals, and not simply of general interest.

* Always include a link to the original article.

* Keep it on topic - for funny news, we go elsewhere.

* If you are going to put commentary in your post, place it after the article text and hyperlink so it is clearly not part of the article.

These are general guidelines. There are always exceptions. But if you seem to flagrantly violate these on a regular basis, you will be a destructive rather than contributive force on this forum.
