People actually typically heat broccoli? If I eat that vegetable, it is almost always raw, although there is one pasta sautee dish that works with it heated up in a saucepan and olive oil.

I lone boneless chicken frying it in the microwave for thirteen minutes then leaving it there to sit for two and have a crunchy treat.

I'd just boil it, (because i don't like applying oil to cook it in a pan) but it wouldn't taste as good. I cannot stand meat unless it's so friggin cooked it doesn't even look like real meat anymore, it looks like jerky.

If I wanted nurtients I'd take a vitamin lulz!

The tittle should also say "Why You Should Utilize A Microwave Oven". So far I've only used the microwave oven for quick heating but only for 2 times or so. Now my microwave oven is currently being used as a "Storage" supplement tablets. It works quite well that way though, as specially when your trying to keep your honey or syrup "stash" from prying ants and other creepy crawlies.

Microvaves sucks eat boiled vegetables and cooked in oven potatoez! It god dam tasty!

Have you tried juicing your vegetables scourge? I've known for sometime that cooking your food kills the vitamins and nutritional value and that microwaves in particular are bad for you. I think that's why they banned them in Russia I read one time. A stove is a killer Jay Kordich says (the juiceman). We need much live raw foods daily. Carrot and apple is the base they recommend when mixing with other vegetables. Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable and has major cancer fighting properties and antioxidants in it. I have a masticating and centrifugal juicer both at home and love to juice different vegetable combinations when I have the time. With carrot and apple broccoli is not that bad and it is sure a hell of a lot easier to drink your vegetables than it is to eat them. Up to 95% of the nutritional value is used when you juice your vegetables rather than eating them which is hard for the body to extract otherwise. And buy certified organic it's a must!
