Any normal person would agree with you that North Korea is the threat but you still need to be aware of the power China is gaining. I've been listening to NPR lately and they've been talking about the tensions that are growing between the US and China because of Taiwan and also because of the Dali Lama meeting with the President. One can't help but wander if there will ever be a war between the two some day just because they are the two major competing super powers in the world. Conflict is good because it brings us toward change so I don't view the emerging power of China as a problem. Anything different is positive. A revolution is needed in more than one part of the world. A balkanized US would be great. I hope China decides to sell missile technology to Iran. That could make things interesting. No empire last forever. America will fall one day.

They had a strong and powerful army even before the Roman Empire. China even surpasses Europe and remains a Superpower until the Enlightenment age. But during that course of history why didn't they invade Europe? So then again what makes you think they will invade Europe now? Unless of course its due to provoke or retaliation.

But what Europe and the US fail to see is that Taiwan, Tibet and the Xinjiang regions of China are inseperiable and can NEVER be divided. If not united by language ethicity or religon, they must be united by history. All of china's ethic groups have given much to it's culture and identity. To seperate it would be crazy. A one country two systems policy just like with Hong Kong. And Iran with missle tech. I feel they have every right to have it. We have no real clue of what Iran is doing. And basing our fears off of what Zionist say. Again Europe and the US fear countries that have a dagnabbit you attitude to the world. What gives Israel the right to have missle tech, but not Iran?

im a little harder to offend. ha. i fully agree with most of that except iran has been hiding power plants and saying no to its materials being made safe for normal uses and useless for weaponry. i think the less (so called) superpower countries the better. its alot of power for someone to hold in their hands.
