As I understand it, the LNSG staff-members believe that Hitler became a paranoid reactionary later in life, and that his increasingly Manichean views on racial issues led to a radicalization in National Socialist racial policy. This radicalization was (in their view) the direct cause of the Holocaust. I don’t necessarily agree with that idea. I still have a lot of study to do. You are not required to agree so either. But it would be nice if you could state your position in clear, non-emotional terms.

I see something missing here: evidence. You might be right, but it wouldn’t hurt you to *cite your sources*. How do we know Hitler inherently insane? If you fail to engage with history and learn enough about the Third Reich to speak of it in the concrete terms rather than abstract ones, aren’t you essentially enabling the more negative ideas of that era to come into full flower again? Hitler was indeed genocidal. But why so?

Not only that Hitler was a crazy man that allmost destroyed his own country but he really proved that he was a coward too, instead of getting killed in combat like a hero he killed him self while shiting his panths probably.

Some of the individuals posting in this thread may be crazy, but that doesn’t mean all Nazis are. Hitler killed 20.9 million people. [2] This isn’t a good record. But, why not look at NS ideology and ask what in its makeup made it violent, and how we might prevent such violence from occurring in the future?
