Class
A classless civilization.Our aim is to revoke the hold that Social Darwinism, and rank according to money, have over our citizens, as both money and human selection are methods for achieving the goal of a healthy society, and in themselves do not constitute it. As a result, we reject the notion of class, which presupposes that if someone has more money than others he or she should exist in a social strata above them. In the National Socialist state, all who work are workers, and all workers are politically and socially equal. Because ability is not equal, they will naturally divide into a hierarchy of professions, and each will distinguish himself or herself by degree of ability in his or her chosen profession.
Class systems divide people according to the unnatural goal of each person earning as much money as possible, and thus put emphasis on profit, and not the quality of the job done. Further, they cause acrimonious divisions between a people when some consider themselves superior for having achieved a larger pile of tokens in the bank, regardless of the method used. In a class system, someone who earns uncountable wealth selling pornography is considered to be "above" a humble tailor or carpenter or plumber or writer who does a quality job of his or her task. We can see how this is insane and replaces the values of a people with subservience to money.
A caste system will exist for breeding purposes.
There are three axes of ability which exist as independent specializations by nature. There are those who labor in the daily crafts which sustain a population; there are those who are warriors and government workers; there are those who are by nature inclined to leadership of military, intellectual or spiritual natures. These three castes will be recognized for the purpose of breeding elite generations in each who will specialize in the roles of their caste, and over generations produce a succession of offspring who can fulfill those roles with minds fully adapted to the rigors and requirements of each. However, all three castes are politically and socially equal, and there is no reward of wealth for any specific membership.
A National Socialist state is not opposed to wealth, but it rejects the idea that wealth places humans on a linear scale of ability, or that wealth is a higher goal than having a vocation that one enjoys and a familial and social life that is rewarding. Fulfillment for the individual does not come through extremes of comfort, and while we tend to view wealth as a means from escaping an alienating world, in a healthier society, such evasion is not needed. Our view is that the best life we can provide for our citizens is a comfortable amount of wealth and a society that is not wealth-crazed, so that character traits such as honor, fidelity and aptitude can be recognized above the numbers in a bank account.
