05/06/2008: "Israeli skinhead nazis convicted of racial attacks"

Two members of a youth-led neo-Nazi cell that had been operating in Petah Tikvah were convicted on Monday at the Tel Aviv District Court.

The group's leader, Arik Bunyatov, 20, and a minor from Holon were convicted of a string of racially-motivated violent crimes.

According to the material on their computers, the suspects also planned to celebrate Adolf Hitler's birthday at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum and memorial.

[ Interesting. Presumably they had some bad experiences with foreigners, and it led them in this direction. ]

It is interesting. These guys have russian names, and Russia has the largest number of skinheads around the world (well-widespread) because of her ethnic and social issues. And these guys happened to be something like 1/8 jewish so they immigrated in Israel (Israel accepts the 1 ancestor policy), but as they can't integrate in it...
