07/05/2008: "Travellers cause havoc in Finland crime spree"
GROUPS of Irish Travellers have caused havoc in Finland after embarking on a crime spree that included the massacre of €2,000 worth of birds.
Camping sites all across the Nordic country have been put on red alert not to accept the groups after a recent spate of disturbances.
Included in the growing list of activities for which the Irish people are being blamed is the killing of ducks and rabbits, as well as drink driving, shopliftings and a traffic accident.
A group of around 30 people have also been evicted from one campsite near Helsinki after pouring 10 litres of diesel onto the ground.
The Travellers are said to have "pretty fancy cars and vans" but when questioned by police about their animal killing spree, two young boys told officers they were hungry.
[ These scum are not typical of the Irish. The Finns will have been shocked to discover that there are people who behave like this. Hopefully they will learn some intolerance. ]
