Basically, Jong says her fear that Obama might lose the election has developed into an "obsession. A paralyzing terror. An anxious fever that keeps you awake at night." She also says that her friends Jane Fonda and Naomi Wolf are extremely worried that Obama will be sabotaged by Republican dirty tricks, and that if an Obama loss indeed comes to pass, the result will be a second American Civil War.

[ This is quite a hysterical reaction, but there is bound to be some rioting if Obama is thwarted, and if any organised interests want it to go further perhaps it will get to this point. Generally blacks don't instigate revolutions themselves, being generally easily distracted and not ideological, but can be goaded. Obama doesn't really represent black interests, and is really just a regular politician. Blacks need to support a black nationalist who demands separatism. Only a tiny minority will ever understand that. ]
