Federal charge against ANSWP leader Bill White dismissed on free speech grounds



A federal judge has dismissed a charge that neo-Nazi leader William A. White of Roanoke used his Web site to encourage violence.

In an opinion issued today in Chicago, U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled that White’s actions were protected by the First Amendment.

White still faces additional charges in Roanoke of using his Web site to make threats against a half-dozen or so targets, including a civil rights attorney in Canada, a nationally syndicated newspaper columnist and a small-town mayor in New Jersey.

[ How about that? And if Bill White is acquitted on all charges how much compensation will he get?! Very interesting for sure. ]

Famous Swedish writer connected to racial biology



The classic Swedish author Selma Lagerlöf had connections with the ideology of racial biology according to a new article that has stirred up a debate.

In the last years several famous Swedes, for example Ingemar Bergman and Ingvar Kamprad, have admitted that they had leanings towards racial biologist ideology in their youth.

This is rather sensitive in the today´s media-Sweden with a self-image of a liberal and tolerant country. Now another celebrity, Selma Lagerlöf is accused of leanings towards race biology in her youth.

[ Taking this attitude towards race was the norm and very conformist at the time. Basically our politically correct society may as well condemn almost anyone for their views from a few decades ago and before. Nowadays common sense is very controversial. ]

The Neo-Nazis of Mongolia: Swastikas Against China



In the Mongolian capital Ulan Bator, "Shoot the Chinese" is spray-painted on a brick wall near a movie theater. A pair of swastikas and the words "Killer Boys ...! Danger!" can be read on a fence in an outlying neighborhood of yurt dwellings. Graffiti like this, which can be found all over the city, is the work of Mongolia's neo-Nazis, an admittedly implausible but often intimidating, and occasionally violent, movement.

Fifty-year-old Zagas Erdenebileg is the leader of Dayar Mongol (All Mongolia), the most prominent of the neo-Nazi groups. "If our blood mixes with foreigners', we'll be destroyed immediately," says Erdenebileg, who has run unsuccessfully for parliament four times. He loathes the Chinese - whom he accuses of involvement in prostitution and drug-trafficking - and reveres Genghis Khan, who he says influenced Adolf Hitler. I ask him if he considers his adoption of the beliefs of a regime that singled out and executed people with Mongol features from among Soviet prisoners of war to be in any way ironic. "It doesn't matter," he shrugs. "We share the same policies."

[ Good luck to them! In fact the Nazis did studies on the Mongolians (while looking for Aryan origins) and found they contain remnants of Aryan genes, many having blue eyes, and have the fastest reactions of any ethnicity. ]

In France, A New Generation of Women Says Non to Nude Sunbathing



For decades, the French have relished any opportunity to mock Americans for their supposed childish Yankee puritainisme when it comes to matters of sex. These days, though, France is experiencing its own blush of youthful prudishness as an entire generation of younger French women say "non, merci" to the summer tradition of topless sun bathing.

[ France is also experiencing a rise in forced marriages, honor killings, street riots, etc. Could it be something to do with the "French" youth increasingly consisting of Muslims? This obvious fact is never mentioned in the quoted article in Time magazine. Like Sarkozy, even the Americans at Time don't just don't want us to think this! ]

Georgia's Saakashvili Seeking U.S. Weapons to Deter Russia



Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili urged the United States on Tuesday to supply his country with advanced defensive weapons, warning on the eve of a visit by Vice President Biden that a decision not to provide such arms would encourage a Russian invasion.

UK government considers making it ILLEGAL to call Jews "Nazis"



Using Nazi analogies to criticise Israel and Zionism is offensive, but should it be banned, criminalised or branded as antisemitic?

I also believe that there should be no place for Nazi analogies in public debate, but in my view, the argumentation and recommendations in this report are deeply flawed. And when you dig deeper into the reasoning, it seems confused, muddled and contradictory.

While the principle that freedom of speech is not absolute is accepted in English law, not all offensive speech is criminalised. So, merely showing that comparing Israeli behaviour to the Nazis is offensive is no reason to outlaw such discourse. The authors try to get round this by arguing that such comparisons are especially offensive to Jews, because of their history. They say: "Most people would accept that it's completely unacceptable to call a Jewish person a Nazi." The implication here - that it may, therefore, be acceptable in some circumstances to call a non-Jew a Nazi - is unfortunate to say the least. If one is against the use of Nazi comparisons in public debate, it's unacceptable to call anyone a Nazi. In which case, the argument of exceptional offensiveness for Jews doesn't hold.

[ Ethno-nationalists are eqally sick of being accused of being "Nazis" by people who have a perception of what a Nazi is that is offensively inaccurate and illogical. Criminializing speech is fascist insanity. ]

"We who dominate the world economy may become irrelevant"



If current trends continue, the United Arab Emirates, for example, will double its population in just 15 years. And places as diverse as Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Afghanistan and Kuwait aren't far behind.

What this means for us - aside from the developed countries' unique problem of who'll do all the work and pay the taxes when the baby boomers are put out to pasture - is, broadly speaking, one of two scenarios. If the many countries that are struggling today do manage to succeed, we who now dominate the world economy will become increasingly irrelevant. And that's the best outcome we can hope for. Because if the others don't do well, if so many remain so poor, we can expect to be increasingly resented and even violently targeted.

So what's the best response for those of us who live, at least for now, in the countries that dominate the world economy? Should we try to haul these guys up to our level of wealth, or something approaching it? Or should we hold them down to make it harder for them to gain the upper hand over us?

[ The planet can't cope with the present level of consumption. You have probably heard the Live Aid slogan "Make Poverty History". Well the truth is that the accurate slogan should be "Make Wealth History". And this article makes it clear that we face being vastly outnumbered by people who hate every fiber of our being. ]

Foreign prisoners paid £500,000 in compensation for extra detention (UK)



The convicts were handed the money after being kept in custody beyond the end of their sentence while the authorities considered ejecting them.

Critics claim that as a result many foreign offenders are being let out and simply go on the run - making a mockery of the government's efforts to deport them.

The latest figures, slipped out in a parliament question response on the last day of term, suggest that dozens are also getting cash windfalls.

French media: "We cannot say anything about the fires. We have received orders."



Translation from French:
Only the figures for the night of July 13-14 were published: "Some 500 vehicles" were burned, the worst ever recorded for the eve of the national holiday. Despite repeated requests to the Interior Ministry, and the DGPN [similar to the FBI], no figures were forthcoming for the night of July 14-15. These orders have been strictly applied. The different prefectures contacted by Le Monde refused to respond, citing "ministerial instructions." Regional news media reported the same problem. The daily La Provence issued an unofficial report that was much less favorable than 2008: 41 cars and a day-care center in Marseilles burned. […]

Other local papers describe the same problems. In Reims, the daily L'Union denounces the attitude of the authorities: "Yesterday morning, every journalist who came, even for the smallest piece of news, to the firemen, or gendarmes or police, heard the same answer: 'No fires'. In fact, the truth is quite different. Some of those we questioned admitted under their breath: 'We cannot say anything about the fires. We have received orders." In Lyons, the daily Le Progres reports the same blackout: "Orders not to speak on the radio were given to firemen, gendarmes and police."

In previous years the radio network Europe 1 had systematically called the prefectures to verify the official counts. On January 1, 2008, the DGPN reported 372 burnt cars for New Year's Eve vs 746 reported by Europe 1. Finally the ministry of the interior admitted that there had been 878 fires. "Instructions" given to the prefectures henceforth forbid this type of verification.

[ I find it surprising that such news can be effectively censored in these days of the internet, but presumably the general public doesn't care to look for news so the government finds it sufficient to just make it impossible to find on TV, radio and newspapers. ]

Riots in France intensify while media is censored



Translation from French : Three days after the death of a young man from Firminy, in a cell in Chambon-Feugerolles where he was being held in custody, the tension was still palpable. At nightfall, hostilities began between hot-headed individuals and the police. At ten-thirty at night, the firemen were called for trash can fires but also for brush fires. In a few minutes the business district of Firminy went up in flames: first the little hair-dressing salon, then the pharmacy and a physical therapist’s office. By half past midnight, the fires affected the totality of the buildings.

"It's a veritable guerilla war," said an eyewitness. In the night, a thick column of smoke rose in the sky, an odor of burnt rubber spread throughout the town. Elsewhere in the city firemen intervened to stop a fire of pallets inside a shop. The fires went on all night. In the opinion of the firemen, the arsonists were very determined.

Only a revelation of the whole truth will allow the situation in the valley to stop. Last night there were in all forty-four cars burnt but no physical violence. Since it began 200 riot police and 350 firemen were mobilized. These numbers would be maintained.

Christian teacher tells of race slurs by pupils aged 8



Nicholas Kafouris said he lost his £30,000-a-year post because he would not tolerate the 'openly racist' behaviour of pupils as young as eight.

'In late November and December 2006, many various unacceptable and openly racist, anti-Semitic and anti-Christian remarks were being made by many and various children in Year 4,' he said.

'These included, "We want to be Islamic bombers when we grow up", "the Twin Towers bombers are heroes and martyrs", "we hate the Jews" and "we hate the Christians".'

It doesn't shock or surprise me in the slightest that Europe now produces such pieces of sick, pretentious trash, fully confirming our jihadist enemies' view of us as a society in the last stages of corruption and decay.

Now bearing the stamp of BBFC approval, Antichrist is to be released uncut into our cultural bloodstream. In artistic terms, it is the equivalent of food poisoning.

How odd that while government-appointed health czars are so obsessed with anything that might harm the nation's physical wellbeing - hanging flower baskets, conkers, too much sunshine, not enough sunshine - any concern with the nation's moral or spiritual well-being has completely vanished.

Single black women choosing to adopt



Marriage and motherhood - it's the dream that begins in childhood for many women. Yet more African-American women are deciding to adopt instead of waiting for a husband, says Mardie Caldwell, founder of Lifetime Adoption, an adoption referral and support group in Penn Valley, California.

The numbers are grim. According to the 2006 U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey, 45 percent of African-American women have never been married, compared with 23 percent of white women.

Yet there are some single African-American women who are not emotionally ready to adopt an African-American child who is too dark, some adoption agency officials say.

Fair-skinned or biracial children stand a better chance of being adopted by single black women than darker-skinned children, some adoption officials say.

Obama grants asylum to all women treated badly by men



The Obama administration has opened the way for foreign women who are victims of severe domestic beatings and sexual abuse to receive asylum in the United States. The action reverses a Bush administration stance in a protracted and passionate legal battle over the possibilities for battered women to become refugees.

In addition to meeting other strict conditions for asylum, abused women will need to show that they are treated by their abuser as subordinates and little better than property, according to an immigration court filing by the administration, and that domestic abuse is widely tolerated in their country. They must show that they could not find protection from institutions at home or by moving to another place within their own country.

The administration laid out its position in an immigration appeals court filing in the case of a woman from Mexico who requested asylum, saying she feared she would be murdered by her common-law husband there. According to court documents filed in San Francisco, the man repeatedly raped her at gunpoint, held her captive, stole from her and at one point tried to burn her alive when he learned she was pregnant.

[ This amounts to an open-door immigration policy - and when these women (isn't it a tad sexist men aren't eligible? ) get settled in the US their family, including abusive males, can come over to join them. ]

Obama declares to Africa: End tyranny, corruption



An American president who has "the blood of Africa within me" praised and scolded the continent of his ancestors Saturday, asserting forces of tyranny and corruption must yield if Africa is to achieve its promise.

"No country is going to create wealth if its leaders exploit the economy to enrich themselves, or if police can be bought off by drug traffickers," he said

"No business wants to invest in a place where the government skims 20 percent off the top, or the head of the Port Authority is corrupt. No person wants to live in a society where the rule of law gives way to the rule of brutality and bribery.

[ And yet the irony is that Africa will not improve and Obama's presidency will instead herald a rapid slide into exactly this 3rd world style tyranny and corruption in the US - which is not far off even now. ]

New military robot zombie



A Maryland company under contract to the Pentagon is working on a steam-powered robot that would fuel itself by gobbling up whatever organic material it can find â€" grass, wood, old furniture, even dead bodies.

Robotic Technology Inc.'s Energetically Autonomous Tactical Robot - that's right, "EATR" - "can find, ingest, and extract energy from biomass in the environment (and other organically-based energy sources), as well as use conventional and alternative fuels (such as gasoline, heavy fuel, kerosene, diesel, propane, coal, cooking oil, and solar) when suitable," reads the company's Web site.

That "biomass" and "other organically-based energy sources" wouldn't necessarily be limited to plant material â€" animal and human corpses contain plenty of energy, and they'd be plentiful in a war zone.

[ This would especially worry me were I a Palestinian. And will these robots really distinguis "dead" from otherwise incapacitated people? ]

"Nigerian" scams by Israelis



The Tel Aviv police fraud squad arrested on Sunday nine Israelis on suspicion of netting millions of dollars from U.S. pensioners in a so-called Nigerian scam.

Police raided an office in the city, which is suspected to have been the nerve center of the dodgy enterprise. The defendants, all in their 20s and 30s, allegedly phoned American pensioners, told them they had won the lottery and asked them for a fee of several thousand dollars for the transfer of the prize money, which in fact never existed.

[ Considering that Nigerians have an average IQ of 67, this explains a lot. The report doesn't clarify the Nigerian connection however. ]

All Germans (and westerners) condemned by Muslims because of one lone "nutter"



The case has sparked anger in the Arab world and Egypt in particular for its perceived under-reporting in the western media and a belief that the attack, described by German authorities as an isolated one perpetrated by a "lone wolf", is the culmination of consistent nurturing and legitimisation of Islamophobia in Europe. The victim's husband was also stabbed as he tried to protect her and was then shot and critically wounded by a police officer who mistook him for the attacker â€" a fact that compounded the racist dimensions of the story.

Bloggers and commentators have played the "what if" game, reversing the race and nationality of the victim and attacker in order to highlight the muted response from Germans (and Europeans more generally). The murder of Theo van Gogh has also been invoked as an example of the unequal value attached to the lives of Muslims and non-Muslims. The outcry has sparked calls for severing links with Germany and even declaring a "world hijab day" to honour Marwa's memory. The fact that the murder was committed by a reported neo-Nazi in Germany does little to temper a perception that Muslims are the targets of racial hatred.

In an article for the Huffington Post, Firas al-Atraqchi expands on the "creeping threat" of Islamophobia in Europe and states that "given the racism many Muslims endure in Europe, the murder of an Egyptian woman because she wore a hijab should not be dismissed as the act of a lone man who many are now calling insane". The IslamOnline website goes so far as to ask whether killing veiled Muslims in Europe is a "forthcoming trend".

[ German women - and white European women generally - are undergoing an epidemic of rape from Muslim men that goes vastly under-reported and Muslims often kill western men too. The allegation that this incident went under-reported is silly and the Muslim reaction really just goes to show that it is THEY who hate the WEST. ]

Pre-boiled eggs soon to be available in UK supermarkets



In time for summer picnics, the ready-hard-boiled egg will soon be available in Asda and Waitrose. Each egg will cost 45p and it is, says Rob Newell of the Happy Egg Company, "the perfect solution for people who love free-range eggs but don't have the time or knack to prepare a boiled egg".

The time or knack? It makes you weep. I'm all for labour-saving but anyone too busy or too stupid to boil an egg has serious problems. If you think you need a pre-boiled egg - or pre-peeled fruit, stock in a bag or ready-to-heat mashed potatoes - what you really need is some heavy-duty therapy or a week in a darkened room, listening to Debussy.

[ More and more people than ever now lack basic skills such as cookery, and are so dumbed down in intelligence that boiling an egg becomes too much of a challenge for them. We need eugenics! ]

Netanyahu's Nazi Language



There are words with meanings corrosive as acid. Heavy with the stench of historic crimes. Words that damn those who use them. One such word is "Judenrein", the Nazi-era word that means "cleansed of Jews". It is a surprise, then, to learn that it is a word that has been appropriated by Binyamin Netanyahu to describe the Palestinian demand for the dismantling of the Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank. More shocking still, according to reports yesterday, it was used in talks between Netanyahu and Germany's Frank-Walter Steinmeier, foreign minister of a country still haunted by the guilt of its Nazi past â€" who was compelled to nod in embarrassed silence.

It is an argument born of desperation that is as stunning for its sophistry as it is for its denial of what the settlement programme post-1967 represented. For while it is true that Jewish communities existed on the West Bank before the six-day war, the settlement programme that followed the occupation is regarded by most international bodies as a serious violation of international law. That view is based on the interpretation of Article 49 of the Geneva Convention as well as a series of UN security council resolutions that have deemed aspects of the settlements to be illegal.

Indeed, according to a report acquired by the Peace Now group in 2006, which it claimed it had acquired from the Israeli government's civil administration, as much as 32% of the land on which settlements are built is, in reality, privately owned by Palestinians.

[ The real irony is that Netanyahu wishes to eradicate ARABS from Israel, and indeed from the Jewish settlements in Palestine. But what is the equivalent word to "Judenrein" to describe that? ]

US won't stand in Israel's way on Iran: Biden



US Vice President Joe Biden said, in an television interview, that the United States would not stand in the way of Israel in its dealings with Iran's nuclear ambitions.

"Whether we agree or not. They're entitled to do that... We cannot dictate to another sovereign nation what they can and cannot do when they make a determination, if they make a determination, that they're existentially threatened."

Mullen declined to say whether the danger posed by a nuclear-armed Iran would be sufficient to outweigh the negative consequences of a US military strike on Tehran's weapons program.

[ So here we go again with the military threats on Iran. Why not just wait until Iran just becomes westernised through their pitiful birth rate and increasing decadence? But here's Biden saying the US can't dictate things to another sovereign nation, ie Israel - while at the same time dictating things to the sovereign nation of Iran! The US could be as tough on Israel as they are on Iran if they chose to, but instead are weighing up losses to the US when they follow Israel in an attack on Iran that Israel initiates! ]

Obama tells Africans to stop blaming whites for their problems



"I think part of what's hampered advancement in Africa is that for many years we've made excuses about corruption or poor governance â€" that this was somehow the consequence of neo-colonialism, or the West has been oppressive, or racism," Mr. Obama told an African website, AllAfrica , in his only interview dedicated to Africa before his visit.

"I'm not a believer in excuses," he said. "I'd say I'm probably as knowledgeable about African history as anybody who's occupied my office, and I can give you chapter and verse on why the colonial maps that were drawn helped to spur on conflict. … And yet the fact is we're in 2009."

The West cannot be blamed for the disastrous policies that have brought catastrophe to Zimbabwe and other African countries over the past 15 or 20 years, he said. "I think it's very important for African leadership to take responsibility and be held accountable."

[ All well and good that Obama is saying this, but rather odd that he still believes in affirmative action in the US. ]

Israel's housing minister called for strict segregation between the country's Jewish and Arab populations last week as he unveiled plans to move large numbers of fundamentalist religious Jews to Israel's north to prevent what he described as an "Arab takeover" of the region.

Ariel Atias said he considered it a "national mission" to bring ultra-Orthodox Jews - or Haredim, distinctive for their formal black and white clothing â€" into Arab areas, and announced that he would also create the north's first exclusively Haredi town.

The new settlement drive, according to Mr Atias, is intended to revive previous failed efforts by the state to "Judaise", or create a Jewish majority in, the country's heavily Arab north.

[ It's perfectly understandable that the Jews would want to do this. But what is outrageous is that they would urge (and have urged) all out war on any white nation with a similar attitude towards national preservation. Nazi Germany and South Africa under white rule are two examples. ]

Nationalist religious Jews see military service as a "holy war"



His fears are not as far-fetched as they may appear to those who still view the IDF as a broadly secular state institution. During Operation Cast Lead, soldiers were issued with pamphlets from IDF chaplains that attempted to paint the conflict as no less than a holy war being waged on behalf of world Jewry. A friend of mine who was deployed to the Gaza border showed me one such leaflet, in which troops were told they were "fighting a war for the Jewish people", rather than on behalf of all Israel's citizens.

"I thought 'what would a Bedouin soldier make of such statements?'," he said. "The Bedouin soldier would be there to stop rockets falling [on his homeland], not to fight God's war." The jihadist bent of such propaganda is another sign of the "army's shift to the right", he explained. Statistics bear out his assertion, with 20% of officers hailing from national religious backgrounds, proportionally much higher than the make-up of the general population.

While most ultra-orthodox Israelis still refuse to send their children to the army, those from the national religious camp have no problem with their offspring serving the state in such a fashion; in fact, such a display of commitment to the country is endemic to the nationalist element of their communal politics.

[ This is comparable to how it would be if western armies were full of adherents of the Creativity Movement. ]

The paternity of the children born to Miss Rowe has long been questioned as both are light-skinned, fair-haired and have blue eyes.

Russian energy giant Gazprom has inadvertently walked into an online racism debate with the announcement of its new joint venture in Nigeria - Nigaz.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his Nigerian counterpart last week agreed the $2.5 billion venture to build refineries, pipelines and gas power stations in Africa's most populous nation.

"White people are making too much of this. As long as the Russians pay us, they can call it what they like," said one Nigerian in the commercial hub, Lagos, asking not to be named.

[ White people are getting offended on behalf of black people - these liberals always presume too much. Either that or some are just seeing this as an excuse to criticize Russia. ]

UK is violent crime capital of Europe



The United Kingdom is the violent crime capital of Europe and has one of the highest rates of violence in the world, worse even than America, according to new research.

Analysis of figures from the European Commission showed a 77 per cent increase in murders, robberies, assaults and sexual offences in the UK since Labour came to power.

Opposition leaders said the disclosures were a "damning indictment" of the Government's failure to tackle deep-rooted social problems.

Somalis stone homosexual at gay rights march (in the US)



A St. Louis Park man says he was taunted and pelted with rocks after he left the Twin Cities Gay Pride Parade, and the attack was caught on camera.

The video has already received 1,800 views after it was posted Monday on YouTube. The clip shows boys and teenagers trailing 37-year-old Adam Schreifels and taunting him after learning he's gay.

The teens who harassed Schreifels were Somali, according the Somali Justice Advocacy Center. Leaders say it's unacceptable to harass someone because of their sexual orientation.

Italy adopts tough new law against illegal immigration



Italy adopted a tough law against illegal immigration yesterday, including a measure allowing citizens to mount their own patrols, despite fierce criticism from rights groups and the Vatican.

The European Commission announced it would examine the new measures to determine whether they comply with EU norms, warning that "automatic expulsion rules for entire categories are not acceptable."

Under the new law, illegal immigration becomes a criminal offence. Anyone caught housing an illegal immigrant could face jail, and parents registering a baby's birth have to present papers to show they are legal residents.

[ This makes perfect sense even from a populist point of view. This is what most Italians, indeed most westerners, want and it is simply democratic - not that democracy is the ideal form of government. ]

U.S. re-approves Israel loan guarantees program



The United States has re-approved its Israel loan guarantees program, subject to meeting fiscal targets, the Finance Ministry in Jerusalem said Tuesday.

The move comes amid tensions between Israel and the Obama administration over Jerusalem's settlement policy in the West Bank.

[ This just amounts to the US tax payers paying $billions to Israel every year and seeing nothing in return. Politicians who allow this are total traitors - and of course the money and the arms sent by the US are going to be used to oppress Israel's neighbors. ]

Over 85 Sharia courts in Britain: Report



More than 85 Sharia courts exist in the United Kingdom which dish out Islamic justice, ignoring British laws, a leading newspaper has claimed.

According to the Daily Star, Britain is facing a "terrifying situation" as more than 85 Sharia courts have been set up - in fact, the number of Islamic courts in the country is more than 17 times higher than previously thought.

Critics have claimed that the situation is dangerous as Sharia rulings often ignore British laws.

British police 'can't explain' 15% rise in rapes



The number of women reporting sex assaults in London has risen dramatically, it emerged today.

New figures show reported rapes soared by 15 per cent in a year, with 2,180 recorded in the year to March compared with 1,904 in the year to April last year.

Commander Mark Simmons of the Met police told the London Assembly public health committee that the figure was still a serious underestimate as about 90 per cent of rapes go unreported.

[ The explanation is that non whites, particularly blacks commit most rapes and their numbers are rising. But the police don't dare to say so. ]

Rothschild and Freshfields founders linked to slavery



Two of the biggest names in the City of London had previously undisclosed links to slavery in the British colonies, documents seen by the Financial Times have revealed.

Nathan Mayer Rothschild, the banking family's 19th-century patriarch, and James William Freshfield, founder of Freshfields, the top City law firm, benefited financially from slavery, records from the National Archives show, even though both have often been portrayed as opponents of slavery.

[ Typical of Jews to financially benefit from slavery to the west, and to be behind it, while at the same time seeking to blame whites for it. As well as making money they brought in a racial contaminent. ]
